Success doesn’t come overnight

Mr.Narvaneni was a graduate from IIIT Hyderabad who started FortuityInfotech along with his fellow graduates and friends, And established himself as one of the best online game platform developer.
This is an edited transcript of a Thursday interview between Mr.Narvaneni and students of MSIT Rajasekhar and Pradeep Giri.
Q) Can you tell us more about Taashtime?
A) Taashtime was actually an unexpected product. We here at fortuity InfoTech develop game engines and we even have a platform for playing cards , as I like playing rummy I had deployed Taashtime.com in 2009 for testing purpose and soon people begun to like it and it was a decent hit. Since then we have been updating and improvising it, Now Taashtime is India’s most trusted online rummysite, it allows you to win real cash.
Q) About the support from your family and team?
A) My family has been really supportive even in my times of low but when we started producing tangible results they were pretty happy about our work. Coming to my team it’s like a rock band and I was able to carry on because of them. They share, carry and work with my thoughts.
Q)Till what extent does the knowledge gained in IIIT-H helped you in becoming a successful entrepreneur?
A) In fact IIIT-H helped me a lot in gaining practical knowledge over theoretical knowledge. We enjoyed playing around with software and tools and this enabled me to learn how things actually work in virtual world.
Q) How do you define success?
A) Success according to me is being happy with what you are doing in your life. As you keep progressing, goals keep changing and you have to improvise to achieve them and this improvement must be a never ending.
Q) According to you, what principles must one follow to achieve success?
A) (laughs)………. I guess at this stage I am no expert in defining standards, I’m still a Novice. But I believe at any point of life one should learn something from what he/she is doing.
Q) Would you like to suggest anything for young graduates?
A)Walk in the direction of your dreams and make sure your dreams come true.
